The maintenance stage aims to put in place processes to sustain and improve the functioning of the energy community.
This includes the day-to-day operations of the community, revenue management, the consolidation of entrepreneurial skillsets in the leadership team on the operational side, and setting more ambitious goals if the original goals are achieved. With regards to the membership base, particular attention is paid to revising the rules for decision-making where needed, refining the shared vision, and identifying and implementing ways to actively involve members in the management of the community.
