As a citizens' renewable energy cooperative, we are committed every day to making the world more energy-efficient and climate-neutral. With a diverse team, we work on various solar, wind, heat and renovation projects.
Energent is citizens’ renewable energy cooperative founded in 2013. The cooperative unites citizens in their pursuit of a sustainable and climate-neutral society through direct participation. Energent raises money from members to invest it in renewable energy projects, realising energy savings and providing energy services.
As a cooperative, Energent follows the seven cooperative principles. Energent is thus a company, but one with social-ecological goals, a transparent structure and direct citizen participation. Consequently, all members are co-owners of our facilities.
