Energy community seeking to develop interconnected local energy-sharing networks.
In our rural area, our citizen-led energy community is working with local authorities to develop a concept of collective self-consumption clusters, grounded in the principles of the social and solidarity economy.
In compliance with French regulations, our community is organised around a dedicated framework that establishes a minimum viable balance between local energy production and consumption (MVLACCC) within a defined geographical area of up to 20 km in diameter. This approach is designed to create a robust foundation that can gradually scale up to 5 MWp, while remaining easily replicable in neighbouring territories.
