One-stop shops play a key role in supporting energy communities, serving as a central hub where citizens can access guidance, technical expertise, and financial support for their projects.

The European Energy Communities Facility initiative, under the LIFE Programme, has mapped national and regional one-stop shops for energy communities in the 27 EU countries, Iceland, Moldova, North Macedonia and Ukraine.

Presented through a user-friendly interactive map, this tool identifies existing one-stop shops in each country, details the services they provide, and offers direct links to their websites and contact information.

The tool targets both emerging and established energy communities, helping them to find the support needed to launch or scale up their community energy projects.
