Neighbourhood renovations are an important and promising tool for advancing the number of home renovations. However, the knowledge on how to facilitate those trajectories is not widely spread yet.

This online platform in Dutch provides you with a 10-step plan and an online course to facilitate neighbourhood renovations.

The guide includes a description of each step, tips to increase the impact of the actions, questions to help you reflect on how you are going to do things, a list of recommended instruments. The ten steps described are: preparation, promotion, public presentation, registrations, home visits, follow-up, quotes, decision, execution and finalisation.

The online course is composed of seven modules with several lessons in each of the modules. The modules are the following:
