SHINE tools: Communication tools for energy communities

This SHINE tool is a compilation of the best communication tools for energy communities as ranked by the partners of the SHINE project.

The toolbox includes:

• Community energy communications at the local level: it collects tips, tricks and best practices to kick off communication and engagement activities for the development of local community energy projects. It focuses on the aspects of communication that could be useful to someone wanting to start a community energy project: developing a communication strategy, reinforcing your narrative with hopeful storytelling, engaging your community, cooperating with different actors and developing communication campaigns.
• Communication Plan template: developed in the context of the LIFE LOOP project, meant to serve as guide and to set the core points of your communication plan. The authors can tailor the following template to fit the specific needs and characteristics of their initiative and its objectives.
