Best practice guides for municipal officers

The mPOWER project developed four guides that capture the knowledge and experience of municipal officers participating in the mPower Exchange programme and that are relevant for anyone with a role within a municipality. Whilst no single project can be replicated in full elsewhere, other cities can draw inspiration from these experiences to create solutions suited to local context and conditions.

The four best practices guides cover the following topics:

• Building Energy Communities
• Future Fit Homes
• Municipalities tackle Energy Poverty

Running between 2018 and 2022, mPOWER is a Horizon 2020 project facilitating a peer-to-peer learning programme among more than a hundred European local public authorities.
