ACCE Regulatory framework analysis

As part of the LIFE ACCE project (Access to Capital for Community Energy), this report addresses the regulatory and contractual barriers that may hinder the development of Community Energy Financial Schemes (CEFS) across Europe, with a particular focus on the European-level framework. It explores barriers and potential solutions from a regulatory standpoint.

Rather than offering an exhaustive legal review, this report serves as a practical guide, drawing on the experiences of LIFE ACCE project partners to help navigate the regulatory landscape.
